Return Policy

We want you to love the gear you get from BAP. If something isn't working for you, we want to make it right. Products purchased from wearbap.com that are new and unused with original product tags or packaging may be returned with proof of purchase for refund. We will not accept returns on Demo Gear, Food items, or items that have been used.

BAP Warranty

All BAP brand products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of BAP. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents or damages caused by uses other than intended. Please contact us if you have a warranty issue with a BAP brand product before sending to the address above with proof of purchase.

Warranty - Non-BAP Brands

We offer several products and brands on wearbap.com. If you have a warranty issue with any non-BAP brands purchased on wearbap.com, you will need to contact the respective manufacturer directly for assistance. This includes items from our sister company, Big Agnes.
