May 12, 2019: I’m 2 weeks in and so far this has been an incredible, but challenging trail. The weather has been especially unusual for this time of year in the “desert”. I’ve seen rain, snow and cold temps when I was told to expect dry, unbearable heat. I’m a bit nervous for what this trail has in store for me next, but I’m ready! 16 days since I started with 2 zero days (no hiking on trail) and 266.1 miles covered. About 17 miles a day.
